Our Taggiasca olive oil from the Pietralata farm...

...was born from a young farmer's passion for olive growing. The groves are located in the beautiful setting of Pantasina, 14km from the Ligurian coast, home of the Taggiasca olive, at an altitude of 450m above sea level.

The locality is characterised by extensive and fertile olive groves with centuries-old trees. The love and devotion for cultivating the land has turned Marco's passion into a vocation. The result is the Pietralata extra virgin olive oil, which originates from the pressing of olives with a healthy and full-bodied texture, exclusively of the Taggiasca variety. The farm therefore offers a superior category oil, with a delicate but intense flavour, obtained by a cold-press process that enhances and maintains its natural characteristics over time.

PIETRALATA “CULTIVAR TAGGIASCA”

Our oil is obtained from carefully selected olives harvested in olive groves located at 450 metres above sea level.

Traditional harvesting by hand of the olives generally takes place in the months of November, December and January so as to ensure proper ripening of the fruit.
